    Lead Software Engineer

    • Led a white-label Insurance Sales Platform (React/Vite + NestJS) with a SurveyJS underwriting engine for automated policy purchases.
    • Built and operated a Data Orchestration platform that moved insurance data reliably across internal systems.
    • Shipped a React Native NX white-label app so carrier brands could reuse one mobile codebase.

  2. Apr 2021 – Aug 2022

    Full Stack Engineer

    Oliver Insurance Software · Vancouver, BC

    • Delivered ClaimSecure SAML SSO with NestJS so partners could authenticate securely into claims workflows.
    • Built a ClamAV-backed file-scan microservice (Node.js/Express) to harden document uploads.
    • Shipped a Django release-notes app that published JIRA updates across Confluence spaces.

    Quality Assurance Analyst

    • Automated Oracle APEX deployments with GitHub Actions CI, including schema validation for safer releases.
    • Implemented localization and mentored the team to onboard a Quebec client successfully.

    • Ran manual and automated testing across desktop and web apps to improve coverage and defect detection.

Live US–Canada border wait times, nearby ports, and a map that helps you choose when to cross.

Crossing the US–Canada border means guessing wait times. Border Pass pulls live CBP and CBSA data so travelers can see nearby ports, port details, and map context before they leave.
